Prague Castle

Prague Castle belongs to most remarkable cultural and historical monuments not only in Prague, but in the whole of the Czech Republic and it is also one of the biggest castle complexes in the world. Its construction began around the year 800 by Prince Bořivoj. Since 1918 Prague castle has been a residence of Czech presidents.

During this walk we will cover the whole area of Prague Castle including Old Royal Palace, Basilica of St. George, Golden Lane and also St. Vitus Cathedral, where the most important Czech kings are buried.
